Kei Iwashita

As a director at IDEO Tokyo, she is responsible for developing innovative, people-centric business models that enable new growth for companies. On the surface, it may seem like a career that has no consistency or core, but she' s plunging into the unknown anyway to expand her boundaries. When she was a kid, she was forced to do more than 30 lessons. She has the kind of personality, disliking to go out in public but having joined the drama and a cappella clubs. She is not thinking 2.3 years down the road, but she thinking about the future of IDEO like family.
